You’ve made a decision on a room and now it’s time to book it, let’s take a look at the procedure of reservation. The reservation is a deposit for one day’s rent. This payment is included in the cost for the room, so when you check-in you need to pay only the remaining amount for the stay. The deposit is the guarantee of your check-in to the room you’ve chosen and booked.

Rules of booking and cancellation of the reservation:
- a room is booked only on payment of a deposit in the amount of one day of stay cost;
- in case of a forced cancellation of booking on your instigation we pay back the deposit basing on the following table:

On your paying the deposit we confirm your booking and agree upon the check-in time
Change of the period of stay (residence):
- in case of any changes in the period of stay (residence) you should inform us
minimum 24 hours in advance before departure
- if you fail to inform us 24 hours in advance before departure, punitive measures will be taken in the amount of one day of stay cost;
Leasehold rules:
- rooms are vacated before 12.00;
- rooms are occupied after 14.00;
- payment in full for the whole period of stay is made only on the day of check-in;
- checking-in you must produce your ID;
- occupying a room you bear pecuniary responsibility for waste of property in the room and the keys safekeeping;
- in the event of waste of property the extent of damage and compensation procedure are determined jointly;
- 7. occupying a room you should comply with the rules and Laws of Ukraine, in particular Administrative offenses Code (art. 10, 16, 51, 51-1, 151, 182)
The cost of stay includes:
- The cost of stay includes lease of the whole room, not of one sleeping accommodation;
- Rooms are cleaned once in 3 days at a time convenient to you with the change of bed sheets and towels;
- 2 sets of bed sheets and towels;
- use of kitchen utensils, multimedia and household appliances, telephone and high-speed Internet service;
- provision of all necessary accounting documents.
The cost of stay does not include:
- laundry, ironing, dry cleaning of clients' paraphernalia;
- extra room cleaning (more often than once in 4 days);
- transfer services.
Booking payment:
- 1. cash – you can pay the deposit in our office or we can send our courier to any convenient place for you at any suitable time;
- 2. money transfer – Western Union, Contact;
- 3. on-line – you can pay through Webmoney;
- 4. bank transfer.
